About Us
Here at Tea Drops we have developed a unique product that we call "Tea Drops." Our process consists of taking premium loose leaf tea from our partner 'Teatotal', which we finely grind. Next, we mold this powder with your choice of honey/vegan substitute. Once we have carefully shaped these, a final check over from our production manager (Brayden Chin) is completed before they are packaged up to be shipped directly to you.

Delivery & Refund Info
You can purchase your items online and pick them up from our business or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on all orders $100+
Orders shipped in the local Wellington Region will be personally delivered by one of our experts. All orders outside of this area will be shipped using NZ Post where tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has left us.
We want the best experience for all our customers, which is why we will try to provide options if you are not satisfied with your order.
For unopened orders, we have two refund options for you:
1) Full refund in a Just Tea voucher
2) Full refund via bank transfer or cash (including a 20% restocking fee)
